CoastersRZ Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 Some of you may know that as part of the development of the Banks and Smale Riverfront park in downtown Cincinnati, they are installing a new carousel, with hand carved horses from Carousel Works, located in Mansfield, Ohio. This carousel will feature unique animals.
