beastdude Posted May 22, 2004 Share Posted May 22, 2004 well it all this morning when I was in the running of the bulls. The first ride of the day was demon drop. Oh ya by the way this was a school trip. The best thing of all, I had to do no work what so ever. When I was going to get in to line for DD they refused to let on a girl because she had a excelarometer on her. I don't know what that was about. Next up was wicked twister. I rode it twice without having to get off. I don't know but WT seems realy fast this year. Next up was chaos. I was actualy thinking about trying for the record ( 89) but decided not to on account my freind started to get realy hungry after the third time around. Next on my list was DT. While singing happy birthday and the barney song the people in front of me were getting a little show with there entertainment. The next thing I didn't want to do but my freinds did so we went on ocean motion( swinging ship). While on the ride a kid spits in the air and it lands on me. Yuuuuccccckkkkk. Me and my friends saw exactly who did it and decides to ask him why. Once me and my friends got close to him he ran as fast as I had ever seen toward the midway. probaly a good thing to because we might have gotten into an argument.. Has anyone ever spit on you while riding a ride? After meating up with more of my friends we all went to ride magie. After two rides in the ejector seat I was getting real hungry, But of course I found another ride to ride. Monster(Shake rattle and roll). Then it was time for gemini. Gemini is a racing coaster with a wood structure and a steel track. The blue train won, but not without the help of the bigger kids in my class. After a quick basket of french frys it was off to mean streak. MS is realy smooth this year. Now we decided to hed back to raptor. when we got there we were so thirsty we had to get somthing to drink. While sitting under the huge umbrelas getting some shade a man from park operations asks us to move. He says there is a severe storm coming inwith 60 plus MPH winds and he needs to lower the umbrelas. Now we switch straght to seek mode. We tried to find all of are group so we could tell them what was going on. We were missing four people. They would show up for another four hours. It is now two o clock and TTD in starting to disapear in the low flying clouds. Everyone decides the best thing to do is go to the arcade and play some games while it passes. After a 1 minute and a half basketball game I take a look outside and somthing is not right. The storm had finaly came. It became so dark so quick that none of the lghts were on. It is now three o clock and a freind of mine needs a coat so I give her mine. She was so cold her fingers were purple. It has now been two hours and the clouds have lighten up but there was still plenty of rain and lighting. Then suddenly I hear a voice that say" the severe whether has passed and rides will begin opening shortly". We were so happy we whent and jumped in huge puddles which soaked all of us.( not the brightest idea when the wind was coming off the lake) They wouldn't open any roller coaster because of the lighting but all the covered rides were open. I rode the speed horses four times. But now we have a problem. The four people who were missing are still not anywhere to be found. After a hour of waiting for them Me and my freinds decide to call it quits. Then they show up and now all the rides are begining to open up. but we are to cold to stay. I told my friends don't worry I m already setting up a date for all of us to go again in the summer. Highlights Got three people to love roller coasters after they hated them, Great time with my friends, two ride in the ejector seat on maggie, and puddle dancing Lows not knowing were four of my freinds are and when the kid spit on me.
