This may have been a problem with the editor. You correctly uploaded the picture when editing your signature, but it didn't actually get added into the text area. The editor requires a second step of clicking the image after it's uploaded; do you know whether you did that?

Just curious, did you buy that vanity plate? If so, that's really cool!
