Gordon Bombay Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 ^ ahem and they are two different types of drop rides mind you Quote
Gordon Bombay Posted March 26, 2005 Posted March 26, 2005 BUt what it all comes down to remember.......KI = Crown Jewel/flag ship park im just messing around.....im sure every paramount park is the best in one aspect or another Quote
jlopez Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 PKI, Only because I have never been to any other paramount park before. But even if I did I think I would still like PKi the best. Quote
jlopez Posted March 28, 2005 Posted March 28, 2005 PKI, only because I have never been to any other paramount Park. But even if I did visit them, I still think I would pick PKI, because of all the great rides. Oops, Sorry, accidentally posted twice. Jennifer Quote
Guest faceoff Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 Hi-I am going to kings dominion this coming june. This will be my first time there. I know i will have a great time. Quote

Jennifer But you havent been to any other Paramount park so how can you say youd still probably pick PKI? All the paramount parks are best in one way or the other. PC is a lot of fun, a lot smaller, but a lot of fun. Their Top Gun Coaster is probably the best coaster ive ever been on. Quote
moore Posted March 29, 2005 Author Posted March 29, 2005 I really think that Carowinds would win in the variety of rides part, PKI would would for the best thrills, and there's just something that I like about the rides at PKD. (keep in mind i've only been to KI so i'm making judgements on pictures and not actuall ride experiences) Quote
thejoker8388 Posted March 29, 2005 Posted March 29, 2005 I think out of the five parks PKI, PKD, PC, PCW are all pretty close in the amount and size of rides they offer. I feel these four parks are all fairly close overall, the only Paramount park that isn't in the same league is PGA, which is fairly crappy in ride selection compared to all the other parks. Quote
TopThrill Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 I've only been to PKI, so I can't comit on what the other Paramount parks have to offer. Quote
Legend Rider Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 and where is PCW in all of this... HELLO!? SLEDGE-HAMMER! IJST! TRTR! Quote
Gordon Bombay Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 I think PKI trumps all the parks in size and we havbent even used all our land yet Quote
Discodude3737 Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 PKI is probably the largest, but do not underestimate Kings Dominion. That park surpirsed me on my first visit. With Hypersonic XLC, Drop Zone, Volcano, and now Tomb Raider, this is a park not to be overlooked. Paramount's Great America, on the other hand, is much smaller. I rode nearly everything in a few hours. Carowind's is also a nice park, and they have really outdone themselves with Borg Assimilator. The theming and much improved capacity definently make it a cut above what stealth used to be. Quote
PKD4LIFE Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 PKD may look boaring but the park is extremly a great park! Quote
athf_S3 Posted April 6, 2005 Posted April 6, 2005 To me PKI does because that is the only Paramount park i have been to. Quote
monkeyman Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 I was gonna guess PKI was gonna be most popular just from looking at PC and PKD's websites. I still want to go to KD cuz of the ride selection....volcano, borg, and that hypersonic thing. Borg is at carowinds. Volcano and hypersonic are at dominion. Quote
KIemployeeforlife Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 I have to go with PKD... Last year i got to go on vacation with 3 of my best friends there and man did we love hypersonic and Ricochet. Quote
