I don't think so, that might be primer? In an article somebody posted it says it will be a brighter green color.

It wont be green at least I think because in todays newspaper it said that on thursday at Kings Island workers were painting the tower

Stop while your ahead! The WHITE you see is a primer. Look at the very TOP of the tower. This part has already been completed....painted GREEN!
