i don`t recall the escape music, or the "drum" music being posted. I do recall the thread that this was mentioned in, and in fact Rob Pottorff posted in that thread said that he would try and put the drum music up on his site when he got time.

"The Escape" is the main show music sans the effects chief, no the drum beat.

I understand the agreement, that is what I was getting at. It is legal for him to host the music, as he is the one thet created it, and it belongs to him. Paramount's Kings Island is using it with his permission. For one of us to post the music would be a violation of copyright laws.

TRTR Guy, I knew the link had the main ride music. I thought by escape you were referring to the drum music. My bad.

It would be a violation for us to post his music. However, we can point people to his site, where he has posted the music. In fact, I believe on his site he has a disclaimer saying you may download his music, only for your personal enjoyment and are not to share it with others.
