TheKlockster
Top Gun The Jet Coaster (Caro) is supposed to be one of the best. I don't see us getting a B&M. They are far more expensive than any other coaster manufacturer out there - and not as easy to theme. I would LOVE to see a cantilevered coaster built. Those things would be intense, and would be able to have theming that makes Revenge of the Mummy look like a POS.
deidre1976
B&M manufactures roller coasters. They are responsible for Deuling Dragons and the Incredible Hulk at Islands of Adventures, among countless other coasters at parks across the country and the world. Spiderman, I believe was designed and created in house by the team that developed Islands of Adventure. Other Paramount Parks have B&M coasters (Paramount`s Carowinds and Paramount`s Great America). The last B&M install at a Paramount Park was Top Gun: The Jet Coaster at Paramount`s Carowinds in 1999. I would gladly have taken that ride over Face Off! (Although I wouldn`t want to give up Drop Zone for it). Hopefully, one day in the future PKI will build a B&M. Until then, we can dream about PKI getting one! I rode the AE on her opening day, there was fog and colorful lighting and all the effects worked(arrows, statues, light and sound). Now we are lucky if they statues work by mid-June every year. The park will let the theming fall apart and won't fix it! So why bother with theming on a big ride?
CoastersRZ
I wasn`t implying that they should theme a big ride. I was answering Elmer Fudd`s question of what exactly B&M manufactures. Yes, it would be nice if a big ride had some theming, a la Flight of Fear. But there is nothing wrong with simply installing a fun ride, and not bothering with any theming, like on Delirium.
