May 8, 200422 yr Got to the park right around 5, after fighting traffic, and the customary stop at Chipotle. When I got there, the park was dead...one of the ticket guys even joked that someone must have put up a sign saying the park was closed. I got my ticket (no HS ID required) and headed in. After meeting up with some friends, we headed over to The Vortex. Up until about 9:00 everything was a walk on...but even after that, most rides only had about a 15 minute wait. We worked out way around the park, hitting just about every ride. Things were good till we got off of Son of Beast, and I noticed I had lost my cell phone. It was a pretty normal visit to the park. We got in some great night rides on The Beast, and The Vortex. We rode SRR, and on the way past it, I gave orange #2 a good swift kick...sorry Eric, I had to do it. We caught the last train on FoF, and had them turn the lights on...that makes 2 rides this year with the lights on for me. You can see all kinds of cool stuff in the drum with them on. There's a King Cobra train, and a few extra cars, and an old FoF car with the OTSR. I also noticecd that they put the chairs back in Cyber Says...last time I was there, they had them all out, and a sign that said "please excuse our mess." Like I said, all in all it was a pretty normal trip to the park. Lines weren't too bad. Only bad part was losing my cell phone. Lines were about normal, and I got to ride FoF with the lights on, which is always a good time.
May 8, 200422 yr Lol I just got home from Chipotle myself. That place is so awesome, I smell a poll coming on.
May 21, 200422 yr So those are all new trains on FOF. I though they just swithed the restraints out. You learn something new everyday. I have been on FOF with the lights on but I didnt see the KC cars Where are they at in the Drum.
