Freakin humidity in NC is always about 90-100% in the summer almost everywhere i have lived . Both sides of our Families are now in TX Dallas/ft worth. I hate the heat hence why we are in the Mountains .. I remember being a little kid at KI and just being wet and sticky . i used to always think those poor people in those suits must be miserable. WooferBearATL
I try to explain to people down here that in Cincy you walk from your house to your car (in the summer) and it's like you've been hozed down. The thing that we have worse is the pollution because of all them Yankees coming through town on I 75. We have a color coded system that tells you just how toxic the air is on a daily basis. <G>
The Interpreter
I think that if Carowinds keeps raising the prices, they are going to price them selves into dropping attendance. I don't know about games, but I think they were 3 dollars last season. I will be watching the 2015 Carowinds gate price and season pass pricing with great interest. Some call 2015 Holiday World transformational. In my mind, the park facing the greatest metamorphosis next year spans the Carolinas.
