peterderkonig
Any idea what was wrong with TRTR on monday? I was there and they had the line entrance closed and the actual ride entrance's door closed.
Legend Rider
How about this... the ride was closed for the day, indefinitely.
Losantiville
did it ever open Sunday. I know when I went by it Sunday it was not open either
coastergirl
It was open on Sunday. We rode it mid afternoon. I don't know if it went down after we were on it or not.
ZosoBeast
It was open Sunday as CoasterRZ and I gave it a spin around 1:00pm. It went down right after we rode it!
DonaldMacRonald
I was there sunday an rode it at about 4 so it had to have re-opened.

Delirium13
Maybe they were just short-staffed on Monday due to school, even though that seems like a ride they'd keep open even on a limited operation day. Just a thought.
KIBeast
I'm sure if there was any huge mechanical reason that they would have to close it for an indefinite amount of time, the park would say something about it...like when Delirium went down for a while last year. SOB_TOM
Why does the park need to release what is happening on each of its rides? Possibly this is a minor issue and they are awaiting parts. Nothing spectactular.
peterderkonig
THe main reason I asked is because they had a few people (just the normal ops, I assume) standing at the entrance to the line - generally not something that would be labor-effective if it were down for more than a few runs. On a side note, do parts for huss rides like TRTR and Delirium have to be shipped from germany, or is there some US location?
PKIVortex
I believe they have to be shipped from Germany. When Skylab was having problems in 1991, they actually shipped the whole ride to Germany for repair. Then with Delilirum last year, they had to get the park sent to them. I'm sure with minor parts that PKI has extra on hand. But probably the major parts would have to be ordered.
