Has anybody had the chance to go down to Animal Kingdom and ride that new Everest ride? It looks awesome from pictures that i have seen.

Not yet but i'm going in late June. I hear that Vekoma in a mountain *exp. everest obv* is a pretty smooth ride

Yea ive rode it. Its a great ride, with some incredible effects and yes it is incredibly smooth. Although it still doesnt surpass tower of terror as the best ride at Disney World. I was there the week it opened, just by sheer luck and still got to ride it twice.

My girlfriend got to ride it during a soft opening for it in early march. She said it was absolutely amazing. Its so cool how they incorporated their "turnover" track into the main circuit, before now, vekoma has only used that track on their flying coasters to transfer from one station to the other.

I was unlucky enough to go to Animal Kingdom the year before Expediition Everest open. I could see it under construction. Animal Kingdom absolutely sucks except for Everest.
