Kingda Ka breakdown 06

Featured Replies

Kingda Ka, The tallest and fastest coaster in the world is according to the Six flags site and other fan sites down over a major breakdown. Rumors have been going around about what happend. From what people on forums are saying it may be awhile before it opens.

Yeah, I saw this a couple days ago. Apparently the catch car or something crashed at top speed. I saw the report at www.coaster-net.com

Wow this ride sure has alot of problems? I wonder what the fate of this ride will be?

It's set to be Renamed Son of Beast II. <G>

^ LOL I was thinking alot the lines of The Bat II. Son of Beast doesn't even have that much down time when it's actually up and running.

I don't like how the ride is a copy of TTD, and the down time the rides can have, They should make them tall rides a LIFT HILL instead of a launch that need more power than a space shuttle! laugh.gif

It's really not a copy. although the concept is alike the ride experience is different from what people have said.
