WhirlWindSpin
I noticed something. See The Vortex logo? Go look at The Vortex logo for The Vortex waterslide at Seabreeze Park in Webster, NY. It's the same. Does Paramount know about this?
Reclaimer
Link? I looked through their site and couldn't find any mention of a 'Vortex' attraction.
PKIVortex
Yeah same here. I did however see a slide named Vortex on the park map, but no logo.

The Interpreter
Differing geographic markets. Very little, if any, potential for confusion. Doubtful that there is any misappropriation of trademarks. Does Paramount know? Almost certainly. But the question nowadays would be does Cedar Fair know? Does it matter? Almost certainly not, the usage has been allowed for at least seven years. . .
