Does anyone know if Kings Island will still be playing those cool movie themes throughout the park? One of the coolest things about the experience of entering the park is hearing that awesome music, like the Star Trek, Superman and Talented Mr. Ripley themes.

I agree. I enjoy hearing that music while entering the gates. One of the best parts of the day there.

The best theme park music around is at Islands of Adventure. I absolutely love the sound engineering of how the song will fade out from the land you are leaving and will become more and more audible as you enter the new land. And yes I do own the soundtrack to IOA.

The big one was a song called Flight of the Phoenix I believe.

Time to restore the area musics.

I think music can make or break a park. Alot of the music that Cedar Point plays fits well in with the theme. Millie they play the futuristic techno. I wouldn't be worried about what music they will be playing because I am sure whatever it is it will be great!

Flight of the Bumble Bee is the name of the song although I do like the movie Flight of the Phoenix!!!!!!

I'll never forget my first trip to the park last year, hearing the Top Gun Anthem as I walked in.

I guess it's all where you're from, but I remember the upbeat classical pieces used in combination with the Royal Fountain as my favorites. I must say though, I remember the Paramount pieces from the days in the park working!
