Miscellaneous: Scooby Doo and the Haunted Castle (SDatHC) uses the same ride system as what Phantom Theater used. However, every other car was removed so that there could be time for the sets to be reset. Additionally, the cars were renovated with three Fright Light ghost blasters so that guests can shoot at ghosts and solve the mystery along with the Mystery Inc gang. Each gun has an individual scoreboard built into the front part of the car. Scooby Doo and the Haunted Castle (along with the Scooby Doo meet and greet next door) are the only remains of the former Hanna Barbera Land. The park removed the rest of the original children`s themed area in 2006 for Nickelodeon Universe, due to the expiration of the parks rights to the Hanna Barbera characters. The park has a separate license for SdatHC through Sally Dark Rides, the ride manufacturer.
