I do believe that KI will open on Good Friday which is April 14th. I see Media Day being the Morning of the 12th which is that Wednesday. With Gold and Platinum Season Pass Holder Preview being Thursday April 13. By my understanding the Mystic Timber trains as of right now are scheduled to start arriving late January to early February! I would love to see this but they just spent some money on upgrading all the turnstiles ( I guess just gates now?) and adding big TVs as well. I just don't see this happening within at least the next 2-3 years. Cedar Fair's CEO Matt Ouimet in an interview posted on YouTube said that there would be no new front gate at Kings Island. Not sure what you're talking about when you say RMC doesn't have a twisted drop. RMC built Storm Chaser at Kentucky Kingdom. It curves left right off the lift hill straight into a spiral first drop!

Well. Kings Dominion has a floral tunnel. But yes without the vines it looks pretty much like that. If KI turns this into a floral tunnel that would be AMAZING. Because honestly KI needs to work on its appearance. (Just look at tower gardens...) Kings Island grounds crew has planted several vine type plants spaced several feet apart from each other at the base of the two tunnels!

I do agree Maverick doesn't valley much. But last fall it valley out during morning testing on a cold and very windy Friday. Iron Dragon did the same about the same time. It was during Halloweekends!
