well i found some new info on another Kings Island tv special, not Brady Bunch,not Partrige family. but The Banana Splits on ABC. Here is the story Hanna-Barbera's Banana Splits appear in the only entry which features extensive live-action sequences. The Banana Splits in Hocus Pocus Park (11/25/72), filmed at Cincinnati's King's Island amusement park. The Splits are tour guides who offer to take a little girl, Susie, on a tour of the park. The little girl spies a runaway balloon and tries to retreive it. The balloon floats away, and right into a billboard advertising an area of the park inhabited by Hocus and Pocus, magicians with special powers, and an evil witch. As Susie and the Splits enter the billboard they become animated characters and encounter the witch. Yours truly the Italian Chef has been asked to bake a large birthday cake for The Beast. Unfortunately, he is diabetic, lactose intolerant, allergic to chocolate and eggs, and has high cholesterol. Yeah right. I doubt there is one square inch of that park proprety that isn't insured. Lets think about this, if someone happened to be walking by the sign, and somethign fell off it and hit them, and the sign wasn't insured, then that person wouls sue the park for millions and they would win. Its an open and shut case. I guarantee that sign is insured, considering that they just replaced the screens in it when last year, or a couple of years back? For a color led screen, its a cool 6.2 million for the same style video boards that stadiums have, the same kind that PKI used to have in their sign, with the only exception being that theirs was black and white. At 6.2 mills, its way cheaper to insure the sign, rather than pay for it outright. well they are going to replace it with a LCD or an LED. they had invested in the sign when they were putting in the new one. they put the new one in during the 2003 season and before. before the sign went down 6 months ago it was being put in during june of the 2003 season

Well i hope Boomerang bay will be a sucess fo the 2004-2005 season and bring in millions of people by august

i think they will do something for the Son of Beast and The Beast like puting tunnels on the Son of Beast

PKI is covered in snow,well BB Construction has been delayed til january. But not to despair PKI looks awesome in the snow. more updates soon

well SOB cost around 30 million dollars cause of all the wood was shpped in and the cars cost 20,000 alone so it costs arond $35 mill. i could be wrong

I'm wanting to know what was your worst exprence on some certain coasters @ PKI? Like: SOB,Top Gun,Racer,ect. But also some bumps, bruses anything that has happend to you on any coaster. ~The man~
