That seems to be the trend with the Paramount parks, getting the new waterparks, and getting the Scoby Doo dark ride.

I was just surfing around the internet today and was checking out some of the other parks. I noticed one thing a new site look. If you go to http://www.carowinds.com/ or http://www.kingsdominion.com/ you will see a new updated version of thier websites. Now i have been to the Carowinds site before and it look exaclty like King Islands. But i am just assuming that the Kings Dominon site is also updated. I hope Kings Islands' site gets the update becuase it sure does look nice, better then the blue and orange look. Is this somehow all tied in with Paramount HOLLYWOODING up thier parks??

man i havn't thought about this. The great views that would be missed (I love the head chopper on the helix). How much it would cost. and the restriants this part seems to be like the idea killer. just makes not sound posiable now just thought of this has any one ever get hit by the low crossbar on the tunnel in the helix its so low it makes me put my hands down half way

THANKS DERBEAST, back to The Beast. Take off ALL trim brakes that would be insane. I have never ridden it with out the brakes but jeeze just think of going through the helix at the end. All i know is that you can really feel them going down the hill into the helix.

man are guys kidding. For those of you who wouldn't want to see the trains be turned around backwards, man don't knock it until you try it. turning the trians around would be one of the coolest things PKI ever did. And for fearfest how bout putting a face or something on the first tunnel so it looks like your getting ate....think about it.

I have got a quick question. I have just found out that my Grandfather was a worker during the constructioin of Kings Island. I want to know if anyone else knows if their parents or grandparents worked there on the orignal construction of PKI. that would be cool. Thanks

I had to think long and hard about this one but my final vote went to King Cobra. I was very lucky to ride it during its final year of operation very fun ride. But hey does anyone remeber DAYS OF THUNDER in Action Theater. One of the classics. they need to put that one back in for a come back tour for a year or something. It would very nice to be able to ride it agian. Plus im sure they stil have the film somewhere.

Im gonna have to say Atmosphere. It all starts when start to see those brown Kings Island signs on I-71. It keeps building as you start to see Drop Zone and the Elifle Tower. The you get in the parking lot you see the tops of the coasters. When you get into the park before the rides actually start loading the anticipation is sitll rising as they remove the ropes the it all peeks as you get that first ride of the day in. No other feeling like it in the world GOD I CAN"T WAIT TILL OPENING DAY

does anyone know when exactly the next annoncement will be?? i have heard that it could be with in march but not sure

newbie here although i am a vetern at Kings Island (season pass holder for 11 years) i belive that we maybe getting some sort of floorless that seems to be the trend with what people are saying also, i have heard of construction in between Adventure Express and The Racer right behind the new ladder game. But i hope its something big ive been waiting for a while for a new coaster and i agree with pki punk any coaster is a good coaster
