It wasnt the stand I was referring too but I dont want to say anything lol.. Sorry I know, I hate people that say they know but dont tell, but I couldnt resist.. From what I understand one stand could be renovated and another could have outside help And the GM is in the park every day, he drives a go kart but I did see him yesterday on a bike lol Hate to say this but it seems to me that the very upper management (like a GM for example) doesnt really care about the associates in the park.. I asked how one Cedar Fair guy was doing and he just said good and kept walking and it was 8 AM so its yeah I just thought it was kind of rude but thats just my opinion! (and one person doesnt represent them all) Anywayyys...

Theres already been some changes under Cedar Fair.. mostly only employees would notice.. To save money they scrapped straws for Coke unless u ask for it... They got very strict on wardrobe and people stood at the gate to make sure your shirts were tucked in and you wre in full uniform (even though ur not even clocked in, even if your shirts in a bag ) You dont have to wear your ID as a name tag anymore Theyre verrry clean.. If you see someone from Cedar walking around hte park they will stop to pick up a smoked cigarette and throw it away.. (an associate should do that but I mean something so small lol) Uhh I forget what else but I do know that a food location could be changing and possibly a new food stand addition And thought I'd just throw this one in, in the morning the GM rides a go kart around sometimes and I'm annoyed that I have to walk (and take huge detours because theyre so important that I cant walk by their office anymore )

There was right under 50,000 people there.. Some places power went out for like 2 seconds but I was told it could happen again so have a register ready in case I had to do taxes manually

I dont kno if this means anything to anyone but the park maps set to release on the 10th mention FearFest but have no advertising for Winterfest

Iv been watching the NU progress for a few days this week and Im honestly surprised just how much they can get done in one day. Theres quite a few people working all the time to get it done.. But the new fronts of 'ice cream' and central grill are awesome!! And I really like the new store for just drinks.. And paint makes such a difference!!

Oh sorry Im watchin a movie I wasnt really payin attention lol Me and some freinds went exploring and found those rides under Picnic Grove.. But Id known the tour did stuff like go into Picnic Grove I woulda went Just sounded like alot of fun! N some people were sayin other parks were there or sumthin?

(becuase I was where I should be:rolleyes:) we took pics with teh rides once haha Where they other Paramount Parks or just all kinds? Buttt I went up there last week and me and my friend walked through NU and there was nothing but dirt.. Right behind Chic-Fil-A is Oscars where associates eat.. I know that Oscars is getting revamped and theyr redoing the inside at least. But that building is connected to Chic-Fil-A and I think that would be to much to deal with to tear all of it down and rebuild it. From what I heard Chic-Fil-A made good money. If anything they would just be making revisions to the building. But I dont think the franchise will be leaving..

I thought there was a 'frog hopper' at pki already.. I remember it doesnt just go up and down but bounces and I laugh at hte kids screaming lol

Me and some of the people I work with are plannin on goin down there next summer.. There was definetly space for it IMO.. is it weird goin through the employee entrance at Carowinds?? Its gonna be at elast 5 of us lol

One day like between nights of fire and school starting I saw the lights on the Eeifel Tower lit up.. Not the strands but the others (does anyone know what Im talking about?).. But anyways I was lookin aroud the tower the other day and noticed these boxes that say CityBeam on them.. They're like 5000 dollars a pice and theres 6 of them!! Theyr what I saw lighting up the tower once in different spots of colors and theyr awesommmme!! I cant wait to see tjem lighting up again.. If anyone saw the tower at nights of fire, it was like that but 10 times brighter!

Its still veyr nice up there and last time I went up there (liek two weeks ago) they were fixin skyline noodles and taking them down to its new location.. There was other people int ehre making stuff but Im not exactly sure what all goes on up there..

I was workin one night and on the way out me and some other people saw hte eeifel tower all lit up and it was sOOOOO cool!!!! It was like Nights Of Fire but 10 times better and brighter.. My area manager told me they were practicing for WinterFest.. I wish they would do those backlights every night though.. Fearfest and nights of fire eeifel tower were nothing compared to this!!
