Well I think there is no reason that anyone has giving not to race, That is half the fun. This goes out to any PKI employee that may read this board RACE The Racer. I think it is just plain lazy that they are not racing it.

I have been three times to pki this year so far and what is the deal with them not racing The Racer. I am kinda of upset with this since that is the whole point of the ride. Are they going to race anymore? Has anyone else notice this or have I just went on day they have not been racing Please let me know.

I don't PKI is in the police business they are in the entertainment business. Yes they have police to keep the peace but that is far as they will go. By the way this is a free country and people have the right to wear or express themself how they feel regaurdless of what other people think. Remember that what make America So great.

We all need to learn to love all kinds of people, I think it is a shame that people just can't LOVE one another. I love everyone, I do not make fun of people just because they are different. The world has enough anger and hate tread in it, don't you think. browntggrr- The majority of gay people do not have kids maybe less than 5% of the gay community has kids.

MOST GAYS don't show affection in public because of that fact. And as far as a straight day anyone may rent the park out, so feel free to rent the park and have a straight day.

Let me just say that pki will never alienate anyone gay people have alot of expendable income and they spend alot of money in parks each year. Gay people do not have kids with give us alot of extra money to spend.

I have been to the event in september for 3 years in a row and trust me everything that you want to ride is open! Even most of the smaller flat rides are open. It is a great time and you walk on most of the rides. Great Music+Great People=Great Fun! It is my favorite day to go I look forward to it every year. I can walk around holding hand with my Husband and not have to worry about people saying crap. Even thought the park is only open from 6-midnight your will get to ride every and met alot of fun people.

Most gay people go to pki in Sept because of the fact they can be more open about being gay then when the general public is there. Yes there will be some that goes on red shirt day but not like it was when red shirt day started back in the early 80's

I was walking up toward SOB after riding Top Gun and there was no line for SOB, so I thought I would be clever and jump over the railing and get in line instead of walking all the way up and back down. Well any way I jump over but the only problem is I didn't jump high enough and well flat on my face I went. Guess that what I get for Line jumping.

I just got off the phone with the marketing dept at PKI and I have been told for sure that is the new buda from the new Tomb Raider Movie Craddle of Life. Sorry guys we were hoping that it was more that what it is but it is not.

Just found out about Alexander the Great movie, and it is a Universal and Dreamworks film. So I don't think that has anything to do with it. P.S. Gladiator is also a Universal and Dreamworks

I am sure it for a big project. Remember SOB they put the box up that rattled and made noise. And they did the same thing for Tomb Raider So I a Guessing it is for a coaster. I am working on who the guy is and what his story is(statue). I will update you as soon as a professor at Ohio State look at the pictures and tells me who this person is. I am a smoker and I do agree with most people smoking in line is wrong, I do not smoke in line but I do smoke in the midway! Most smokers do respect other peoples choices, I am sorry that this is happening and if you just ask them nicely I bet they would put it out.

This might be true, I heard from someone at the park that they are taking the path that is back in the AZ and taking it around in between the sob and taking it up the side of The Racer and connecting it to the FOF path. I hope this is true it will help with the flow in that area. ANY ONE ELSE hear anything like that!

I believe that PKI is not out of the coaster wars as of yet, I feel with them taking out KC they are just restructing and perparing there self to open only top coasters. The one thing I can say about PKI is that they do open quailty rides! Atleast the last couple years. I see more top coasters coming!!!!!!!!! Just you wait and they will make CP look lame.

I still think open swinging cars on Top Gun would make it much more worth it to ride. Since it is such a short ride. I think it fun with the close cars, but way to short! So this would maske it a little more fun and maybe the lines from it would grow a little bit.

All I am saying is that, I wish they would put in a good metal coaster like a hype or Giga. Pki Does have the best wooden coasters in the world and I just would like them to have some of the best metal coaster also. I have been waiting for a good metal coaster (hype or giga) for many years. The last couple coasters that they have put in (i.e. top gun and face off ) have just been coaster to just fill a void. And when they removed King Cobra that limited coaster choices once again there. I think Kings Island has the abilty to be a world Class park for everyone, Coaster lover as well as Familys. I am a big Kings Island fan and I have be going there for 29 years. All People want is one really good metal coaster to add to there world class wood coasters. PLEASE DON'T JUMP ALL OVER ME THIS IS MY FEELING AND WE DO ALL HAVE A RIGHT TO VOICE THEM! I do think pki is a good park and I even sell Discount tickets for them. I just wanted them to add a WORLD CLASS metal coaster to complete there FLEET of coasters, and as far as what I ment with (They have really not done well on there coaster fleet.) Just want a more even park! A park for THRILL SEEKERS as well as for familys.

I am hoping that at least PKI will wise up and relize coasters bring money to parks not stupid rides, however good parks need the stupid little rides also. They have really not done well on there coaster fleet. I hope they will aleast put new trains on Top Gun, But I am not holding my breath. I grew up with Kings Island and I am also sad to here the HB folks are leaving. I am hoping with the new GM he will turn the park around and it will be better than ever, I will give him a couple of years and see how it goes. Maybe the black cloud over PKI will rise!
