  1. Lol, yes Rickster i liked it alot. I forgot who had posted it so i didnt mention it..i've been thinking along those lines for awhile now, but never figured out what to call it. I used to call it Futuristic etc, but in my mind it was military.
  2. I would like to change Action Zone into a military base themed area [like FoF, im not sure what they'd do with FoF though]. Also, I would make a Lost Continent-style area [like IOA's]. The kiddy area would be difficult to think of. Coney Mall i'd probably keep the same, like a day in an old fashioned amusement park. The major change I'd make pretty much is to change Action Zone into a huge Military Base, and the area around The Beast into Lost Continent style theming. If Viacom's CEO let me keep Tomb Raider but rename and retheme it, I'd match it with the lost continent idea. For 2004 I'd continue with the waterpark, and in 2005 I'd build a very creative coaster-style ride. It'd basically be the most massively themed ride known to an amusement park, Disney style with special effects. Kind of like the new Return of Mummy coming at Universal Orlando, but have some fast parts and possible an inversion or two. Most likely a launched coaster, but only a comfortable one, and mostly theming. The year afterward, i would make some kind of themed attraction again, but not a coaster-style one. ________________________________________ This is :offtopic: but i think that PKI has what alot of parks don't, a HUGE ability for theming. With all the Paramount movies out, i think PKI should have more heavily themed rides. Just a name isnt good enough. For example: Face/Off and DropZone could use some theming, as well as maybe some more for Beast and Son of Beast [A story, etc]. I think theming is one of the enjoyable parts of a ride.
  3. I think a PKIC trip would be excellent, even though we are all of different age groups here. Since we all have a huge interest in PKI, it would be a fun trip. Perhaps take a few group pictures etc for the site. We're all shy around new people, but with a common interest getting conversations started shouldn't be a problem.
  4. Last year the lines were terrible. The best strategy [which my friends and I used] is to get in line before its open [just a little early, not long], so you're one of the first to go in that particular attraction. As the night goes on, though, the lines got terrible and i remember up to 45 minute waits. <sigh> This year it will probably be worse because of the free with admission deal </sigh>
  5. I just felt like replying to this to be the first replier to a Trip Report post :offtopic: but yes, i dont think the lazer tag is worth the money, i prefer the ahh whats it called [a place that has a huge lazer tag place with complicated rules and scoring]. I know its very popular, and i didnt like KI's just because i expected more.
  6. I believe theyre keeping all the old slides except the fast tracks. correct me if im wrong?
  7. I am slightly disappointed that they're removing them. The new race slides seem cool, but i really liked the old. I guess it would be odd if they had two race towers.
  8. LOL, well said. It was on again today [sunday]. I only caught the Drop Zone part and the basketball part. And obviously they gave them free prizes because they're celebrities. I found it hilarious that Jessica couldn't bounce a basketball without hitting herself..Even Britney Spears and other pop singing girls could do that...
  9. <--14. I almost felt young for a second there, but hey, im happy to be 14, better than being old like chef. [lol jk.. ]

    SOB

I wish they'd put tunnels on SOB. The amount of tunnel time on Beast was one of its impressive points, Son of Beast should have at least ONE. I think at the bottom of the giant double helix there should be a tunnel, similar to Beast's final tunnel. A few trees would be nice too, but most of the time you're too high up to notice them anyway.
