  1. I have not had any trouble with site performance at all.
  2. Some people take things FAR to literally, I think everyone here knew exactly what I ment.
  3. I'm sure they'll stay afloat that long. They have show signs of some improvement, but I don't think they'll end 2009 without going to bankruptcy court.
  4. Uhh, days where KI is closed in April is more like Fetel Postition Anxiety. To me, at least.
  5. What joke? I was just saying something ................
  6. Well it may just be sitting there but when it's about to lift them on say, Monday, it might go onto the hydraulic levelers.
  7. Not to mention this isn't going to be like Invertigo, (Or Scooby's Ghoster Coaster), this thing is going to Eat, and Eat, and Eat, all of the people there.
  8. Uhhh, Ok,,, Overkill maybe? "Camping Out waiting for Diamondback" anyone?
  9. Very nice, very interesting Article. It does answer a lot of questions for me. Kinda makes you feel special, knowing the steel for the best steel coaster makers out there is from right here in Cincinnati. I also saw some pics of Diamondback!
  10. Man oh man this Helbig-Norris stuff is great! I think that the Second Hill (Previously called "Stock Market Something") should be called "Mt. Norris" Edit: Looks like the Second Helix is about to go up:
  11. So is Season Pass Preview Day going to be all day? Or 5-10 like we thought, because people are talking about getting there at 1:00, 3:00,
  12. Exactly! ....Can tie a knot in a cherry stem, with his toes. ....Can go to the moon and back, with no rocket. ....Can program a computer, without touching it. ....Can Ride the DJIA Coaster, with his hands up and eyes open. ....Can Jump off of Diamondback's hill, and not get a scratch. That's all I can think of right now.
  13. I hope the Diamondback crew next year will be as good as The Beast Crew THIS year, (Gordon Bombay and Captain Nemo......)
  14. .....As far as woods go. They still do have that slight rickety feel all woodies have, just not as much as others.
  15. Which is sweet, like sugar! Man, that was a hilarious blog post. Go Don! Defend what's right!
  16. I'll be the one taking tons of pictures and riding The Beast over and over and over and over and over and over and over and, well, you get what I'm saying.
  17. Along with Probably several other rides, I see almost all of the crowds at D-Back though so it might be a good chance to hit the others that may be open.
  18. That was just about the most random coaster I've seen in a long time. Here I was thinking the coaster wars ended with Kingda Ka, I thought that when you got to the point where you launched, went up, went back down, and ended the ride, you've gone far enough. But apperently I was wrong. I see several things wrong with this coaster. 1. It's stupid. You launch, hit a set of trims, then go into a few turns. Now, Top Thrill Dragster and Kingda Ka have things going for them, Speed and Hight. People will wait to go 120 miles per hour and 420 feet in the air. But this, with the trims and the size of the turns I don't see this going over 250 feet high. So, where's the real trick? You hit 135 mph for a split second. Hey, there are many other coasters out there that catapult you like that. 2. This seems like a mantinence Nightmare. I see the trains on this experiencing major fatuige and lots of lateral g's on the turns. Also, I don't think that 135 MPH launch is going to be a walk in the park. I bet that launch section will cause for major downtime. 3. Capacity. This ride will have 2 cars per train and 4 people per car. And There's going to be a lot of "Stacking" like on Top Thrill Dragster. I bet this will have an over 2 hour wait, because not only will there be a lot of people who want to ride (And then never ride again), but there won't be the seats to eat them.
  19. I couldn't help but notice that the 17th of April is labeled as "Gold Pass VIP Preview Day", with no mention of Diamondback. Does that mean other rides will be open? Also, there are SOOO many more days open this year!!! Happy!
  20. I think when they say "Theme Park" they truely mean that the park has a central theme, and not just several themed rides.
  21. I'm gonna have to side with CoastersRZ on this one, I bet that Clifford will be doing the 3rd hill and maybe the Hammerhead, but I don't think it could make it through the Ravine.
