Maybe with the inclement weather, they will run the re-new your pass special one last time.... They just gave how many $$$$$$$$'s away?
i wish they would i didnt have the $ to renew it last time they offered that....now i do.
allot of people didn't or were not in town that set of weekends. Whats it going to hurt them to run it one last time?

reading this post make me feel like we are saying good bye for ever , but agree THAnKS to all.Not forever, just a long boring winter... For some families it's a second home, second family, a place to dream.

No last night was their 75th visit, and we have this weekend and the next two. They will be there each remaining day/night. Peanut has a new set of Vampire teeth to bite you with
.I just felt you guys needed to know from me and anyone else who will sound off that you will be missed over the winter.
Usually on the last day, the kids start to cry because they can't go for a few months.
We are on the way up to the park right now..... see you tonight.

As a parent; I just wanted to say "Thanks" to all the employees who came to work for very little money, and made this a very happy season at the park for my kids and every other kid out there. You put up with allot of xxxx from people and keep those happy faces on. Some of you go above your job and make friends with the guest and make each of those guest feel like the park is theirs. With only two weekends left this season; you will be missed. I hope you have an exciting winter away from your second home; and just maybe we will see you next season.
Anyone else have anything to ad, lets hear from you.

I got to ride Sunday with Red (my youngest) and the Red Tunnel already has stuff on the walls (someone spit some chew on it, Thats just plain gross.

It was nice of Kings Island to offer such a great price for the renewal passes.
They have extended it once already.
Do you think with todays economy and the current pass holders that live away from the park (other states) that they should keep offering this renewal price until the last day of Haunt? (Last operating day for the park).
This would provide everyone with a chance to renew and enjoy this great price. Some could not make those dates, but still are going to come to at least one Haunt.
If you haven't renewed by now, would you if it were extended?
If this intrest you, then call the park and speak your mind, if enough of us call maybe they will extend it.
1-800-288-0808. I already called and was told no they would not extend it.
What's your opinion?
On a second note: Do you think a key fob separately or with a pass (like the grocery stores use) would work for passes? It could hold the pass bar code, and the chances of loosing it seem less. I would carry mine on my keys.

I assume for your third pro you meant Firehawk. The only thing Cedar Fair has done for Flight of Fear, to my knowledge, is apply the midcourse brakes to the nonsatisfaction of certain posters here....
I think he meant the possibility of it being removed, like FoF at KD would have become Soundwave at (then) PCW.

C'mon now really! Is fifty cents or a dollar really gonna break someone for their kids to play a game and win a prize? If it is then you probably shouldn't be at KI to begin with.
I have 4 little kids, add up all the prices of each of the games and tell us if thats fair. If I add up the prices my wife gave me, that's to play each one just one time, $11.50 per kid x4 is $46.00 each day we goto Kings Island during the kids times.

I hope the water effect is used during a regular season show, too.
Since it doesn't show up well under heavy lighting and photography, i doubt it would even be able to be seen during the daylight hours outside in the showplace anyways
I could never understand why KI doesn't run at lease one night show during the regular season at the stage.

^Well, that depends. On Friday I was in the butcher room (right after the freezer). Saturday I started there, but was moved to the kitchen a few hours into the night. Not sure where I'll be next. But if you see a crazed butcher wearing a black and white checkered doo-rag on his head, offering you a free sample of some nicely roasted meat...
We will make our rounds through again on Friday and Saturday this week, We will make sure she has her hat on, so you can spot her.

On one of the threads it tells that at Slaughter House, the meat van is also The Mystery Machine. Does anyone know if that white paint will come off? That Mystery Machine is a classic.... It would be a shame to loose it even with no more Scooby Doo.

For the most part; most of the KIC members are cool and outgoing, but there are a few that ! (fill in the blank).

To clarify: A scarator who knows my child has said "Hi" a few times, and we just like to know who? I'm sure they are a KICentral buddy.
They say "Hi" to us, and ask if we want a Marshmellow fight.

Scooby is scary?
Scobby is not; but most of the cartoons for Scooby do, had monsters and alliens in them. The mystery was a scarry theme, Scooby and Shagy were always scared.
