  1. There are soo many memories this year. -Meeting everyone from KI -Riding Diamondback (front row)at 1 AM on RWW after not getting on seat -THE ACTUAL EXPERIENCE OF THE DECEIT OF GETTING ME BACK ON Diamondback -Riding skyflyer for the first time (and then the 100 plus times more) -Riding slingshot and cussing the entire time -Going to Halloween Haunt and running through the same haunts over and over talking to all the people -Kicking everyone's butt at Scooby Doo -Gummy Whales -Going to Kings Island 15 minutes before it closes -Parties in the parking lot -Getting stuck on soo many rides with my best friend -Walking through the park wrapped up in a blanket with my best friend
  2. lol although both are vaild points in some aspect. The animals there are being cared for extremely well. I have worked at the Sea World for camp there and seen how much hard work and attention each animal gets as well as the quality of food (AND YES, ITS RESTRAUNT QUALITY FISH PEOPLE) they receive. Now yes, I dont like the shows that much at Sea World because they're highly based upon the trainers, but i believe the park in itself gives a great opportunity for people of all ages to explore and learn about marine life, thats how i found my passion.
  3. lol. most people ask us that. during the video we kept the same expression the entire time, the bored look. They think we dont enjoy it anymore. Its just a different type of enjoyment we tell them.
  4. Oh i know.. Plus the many times i rode for $15... My best friend and I were kinda addicted... We'd ride it 2 or 3 times a day, 2 weekends ago for Halloween Haunt we rode it 4 times the entire day.
  5. I know i have ridden Skyflyer more than 100+ times this year.
  6. It probably is, but then it kinda ruins the anticipation you have for a haunt becuase you dont have to wait in line. As well as just to get in is really expensive, then add another thing on to buy.. It already was a pretty costly weekend.
  7. Haah, oh ok. They actually didn't open that ride. It looks like an amazing ride and everyone with me wants to ride it, but it doesn't open for Horror nights.
  8. I really enjoyed Manta, the scenery was awesome, as the roller coaster was intense. It was a pretty cool view of the park. It's pretty much like Firehawk, except that the seats are a lot more comfortable. The ride was actually closed for a while during the morning, and I believe the line was 45 minutes. They get people on and off the ride very quick. I'm blanking right now, whats HRRR?
  9. Hello again. Since I was asked to do a PTR, i decided that i would. I am currently in college at Miami and we had fall break on Friday, October 16. Soooo I decided to leave and visit my best friend as well as Chase (iChase) in winterpark, FL from October 14-October 18. DAY 1: The flight down was pretty intresting, I was supposed to fly from Dayton - Atlanta, Atlanta - Orlando. My flight was orginally set for 6:30, when I got to the airport though, i saw EVERY flight to atlanta was being delayed so i changed my flight to a flight that left an hour earlier, but got delayed anyway. I got an entire row. Then when I got to Atlanta I called Chase to tell him and that there was an earlier flight to Orlando that i'd try to get on. The one person told us it was booked and we'd have to wait for the 9PM one, except the other guy said he'd get us on, SOOOOOOOO I got the entire row of first class to myself, it was AMAZING. After getting to Orlando and being greeted by Heather and Chase we decided to head out for Buffalo Wild Wings to get some dinner. DAY 2: It was a pretty lazy day in the morning, went out to Chipoltle for lunch. We we're going to Halloween Horror Nights that night. Soo Chase and I went to Rollins college to pick up Heather and Justin and left for Universal at 5 PM. We had to pick up the tickets so we headed to do that, well instead of ending up where the tickets were, we ended up at Disney. Finallyy after driving around getting our tickets we got to Halloween Horror. We paid for preferred parking but we accidently missed the enterance for preferred parking, soooo Chase ended up going through cones so we could get in.. Halloween Horror night was OK, it was absolutely packed for a Thursday. We only really got in one haunted attracted, Werewolf. It was pretty good, my group was pretty scared. We were told Chucky only had a 70 minute line, but it was definately over 3 hours because we waited in mmore than half of it. The scare zones that you have to walk through are amazing, and its neat that you have to go in at least one of them. We rode Mummy and Jaws. Otherwise, for the regular price of $70, it wasn't really worth it. DAY 3: Went to Olive Garden for lunch. Then hung out at Rollins college for the rest of the day/night. Group of people went to double feature: Where the Wild Things Are and Paranormal Activity. Lets just say, Paranormal Activity is very freaky. DAY 4: Had to wake up pretty early to go to Sea World. Heather had never been to Sea World sooooo i was excited to show her around and we did the VIP 7-hour walking tour. They show you around Sea World, you get reserved seating (which Heather and I decided to get better seating than that), fish to feed the dolphins, rays and seals as well as skipping the lines to get on the rides such as Manta, Kraken and Journey to Atlantis. Also with the VIP tour we got to enjoy Dine With Shamu. They also had a Halloween Event for everyone, and you could go trick-or-treating around Sea World. DAY 5: Had to leave at 3 AM to get to the airport. Not a lot else went on, the flight from Orlando to Atlanta was jammed pack with little kids screaming for ice cream at 5 in the morning. haha. Thanks for reading/looking. If you have any questions just ask me
  10. Gator weren't you the one who yelled at me when i came through? I thought i heard someone yell my name but i looked back and I had no clue :\
  11. I am sooooo excited to go to Halloween Horror Nights in 2 weeks! What time did you go though? It's soo light out! haha
  12. I wasnt actually impressed with slaughterhouse, but then again i didnt get scared that much all night. It was just kinda a walkthrough enjoyment. My favorite was urgent scare though, mainly because i did know sooo many people in there.
  13. Yeah. This year had no comparison to last year. I didn't like it this year. It was all boring. My favorite this year was urgent scare which was my least fav last year! It probably had to do with the wayyy too Many people I knew in there. There wasn't as many roamers as last year either. I got really annoyed with people walking so slow that I normally was walking alone at the end which helped bc it was funny walking alone through the haunts.
  14. I will probably be there. I think my parents are flying up to pick me up and take me shopping and then i told them i wanted to go to KI sooo well see
  15. Last year was intresting.... -"sexy time with john mccain" (or just any time in the cemetery was intresting) -Going through urgent scare while little kids thought they could protect themselves with lightsabers and then started crying -Club Blood is a strip joint. Little kids in front of me put money in all the girls bras, and my group of guys took the $$ out. **Unfortunately this year i will only be going on saturday october 10 . The next weekend though im excited to go to Universal Orlando's Halloween Nights.***
  16. sooo i will never be able to live that down. and its not the fact that i didnt want to go up on stage, its more or less the fact that i have a HUGE PHOBIA of being sung to. lol. And then again....... someone **COUGH***** was singing the entire time next to me, thats why i thought you might be going up.
  17. awhh thats really cute... I enjoyed the video immensly.
  18. Ehh hes an a-hole and she has a lot attached to her name that i can never remeember
  19. hahaha. unfortunately i was unable to watch most of the rocky horror picture show.... It was sad. I left the car early bc you were taking forever, and then you decided to change again which took even longer. sooo i was just like. FORGET IT!!!
  20. DAY 3: Earliest wake up day, Animal Care. Waking up at 5 AM is the best!!! We wake up to prepare food for the entire park except for the show animals. Then we get to go to Dolphin Cove to feed the dolphins up there as well as play with them. And that was the difficult part, we had to get the toys out after sooooo it took a lot of patience because they didnt want to end playtime. We then went to breakfast as well as feed the Pinnipeds (Seals and Sea Lions) Then we went to the back and got to see some other dolphins. This dolphin just threw water in the air and then caught it After lunch it was White Whale and Dolphin Stadium. We got to see the animals as well as help set and pick up show buckets for the Viva show. After that it was time for the BIP (Beluga Interaction Program) which is really fun!! Day 4: Polar and Sea Lion
  21. Yepp. We got to interact with all the Killer Whales.
  22. DAY 2: Shamu and AAT Soooo this day is always my favorite. Only day without wetsuits, but definately best experience. So we woke up at 6 AM to get ready to head out. We started out at Shamu stadium and met up with all the Killer Whales. We then played with EED's (enviornmental enrichment device) as well as feeding them vites. We checked the entire pool for security reasons. After that we went to breakfast and then planned to go to AAT. ITs the animal ambassador program and they travel all around the country with their animals as well as going on television shows. These lemurs were soooo adorable We got to walk the Amarillo all around the park (more or less chase it, it was speedy!!) After that we went to lunch and then went to go see Cool Vibrations. Its a ski show with dancers and singers. After the show we went back to the Believe Show at Shamu Stadium: This is my favorite picture ever. It made the entire camp worthwhile Day 3: Animal care and White Whale and Dolphin
  23. **This will be a long PTR sooo it'll be coming in pieces** Hello!! Soo after attending the advanced career last year at Sea World SANNNNNNNNN Antonio i decided i would be going again next year. Sooo after booking my flights and all, I would be going Aug 2-7 at San Antonio again. DAY 1: Sooo the night before was Saturday so i decided to stay at Kings Island until after midnight and drink energy drinks all night, NOT A GOOD IDEA when i got 0 hours of sleep and felt sick. I arrived in San Antonio at about noon and was driven to the dorming at Sea World. After the campers arrived, we got to go to the games and rides area before pizza dinner. Here are some pictures of the rides: Great White Steel Eel Journey to Atlantis That was about it for that night, we had pizza and then got our groups for the next week. Day 2 will be following, Shamu and AAT.
