  1. They can build less thrilling coasters, but they shouldn't add low capacity coasters.I agree 100%!!! I like some of the newer coaster concepts like the 4D Coasters from S&S and the Sky Loop from Premier but the capacity for those rides are very low compared to the likes of Banshee and Diamondback. I would like to see a full sized X2 4D coaster someday, its unlikely but it would be cool and something unique
  2. I'm sure we could go a Mack Megacoaster for capacity
  3. I would also love a ride like Maverick, its my #1, I like it better than Fury, if we got a Maverick, you would see my inner KI fanboy go off
  4. I think they would put a new midway going across the railroad, then the entrance would be right there
  5. I've been on Gatekeeper and X-Flight, X-Flight was way better than i was expecting, way better than Gatekeeper as it actually has force Ryan, getting back on topic
  6. looks like the railroad crossing is going in, that's the reason the concrete trucks were there most likely
  7. T3 is bearable with the new restraints, Vekoma SLCs are not smooth rides so yes, on a side note when it was T2 I hear it was the worst SLC
  8. Cedar Fair knows what they are doing, I'm sure KD will get a new coaster sometime soon, I can see how KD does not do the attendance as KI and CP being a factor
  9. There are people who strongly agree with you, others, strongly against the RMC Iron Horse to iconic classic wooden coasters at Cedar Fair park locations. (but then again, you have to be "ThatGuy" .)"If it works, keep it!" I definitely do not want The Beast or The Racer to receive the Iron Horse Treatment, as those rides are so iconic that they should be preserved in their original state.Hurler, on the other hand.. I don't think they CAN even get the Iron Horse Treatment
  10. It seems like they are fixing some footers on Vortex tomorrow would be my guess
  11. not so fast.... http://www.latimes.com/travel/themeparks/la-trb-cedar-fair-flat-rides-20160206-story.html
  12. If this is a wooden coaster, i hope it's more like this
  13. There are a lot of construction and tree removal markers in the woods, you can only see so many from the train so i wonder how many there are in the woods, i would like them to keep as many trees as possible, then we can have a one of a kind night ride!
  14. I REALLY hope the log flume does not go, such a fun ride for my friends and I to enjoy on a hot day and such a great family ride
  15. GCI is not doing Hurler, it's in house, I don't consider Canada's Wonderland the testing ground for anything
  16. no, Fury's track didn't start appearing until June or July, footers didn't start until June also
  17. none of his info is correct, he barely knows the park
  18. this is truly tragic, Mike Chance seems like a great guy, my thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time
  19. It would be cool to have QR codes around the construction site, hidden of course, then each QR code when you scan it, a tease pops up, hints are dropped
  20. Maintenance costs are relatively low on a GCI, and RMC woodies are even lower costs
  21. Yeah because KI has such terrible wooden coasters. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk We need a new woodie, twisty woodie would be nice, a GCI or Gravity Group
  22. I think the terrain of the area has something to do with the footers being poured early, just a prediction based on what I have seen in the past with Banshee and Diamondback
  23. okay so after looking at Diamondback construction on this very day, footers were already poured, I'm wondering what this is now, I know B&M has worked in really tight schedules but a 300+ foot coaster I see unlikely now, I'm now on the woodie train
  24. I was at Carowinds this year, I was allowed to reride the kiddie coaster, Woodstock Express, Afterburn and Thunder Road, fun times!
