Yea, I can. The truck blew a capacitor headin home one night, on the main highway going into town (Rt 52 at the Sciotoville overpass Terp.). Bush just happened to be comin through town the next day. So after walkin home several miles, it was a few, and getting passed by two of our deputy sheriffs, before I could get a tow truck up there the police already had it out of there. And they were not friendly about it. I won't go into the specifics of the conversation. But, yea, said it was a threat. And I do understand that.

Good read. 2 things: 1, most of these posters don't seem to be here anymore. 2, having ridden DB many, many times (still my favorite ride in the park) I don't think the seatbelt makes a difference, at all, in the ride experience.

There would be a few that would really enjoy that. The park would probably be dead most of the time, though. With most folks working through the week and all. Not to mention most people have eaten dinner before 10 pm, so they aren't gonna sell much food. They may sell some souvenirs, but not much. Except for maybe some special events, I wouldn't think you'd ever see that happen.

Why would anyone want to throw a spoon, or anything else on the roofs of the sheds? And even worse is sneaking anything past security. I strongly feel anyone trying to sneak anything in the park past security should be banned and prosecuted.

Looks like it's gonna be a washout here. Sayin 2 to 3 inches of rain later. Portsmouth fireworks already cancelled. Was gonna take the family to Ashland, Ky for the largest fireworks show in the area, but little did we know they moved them to last night.
