Moral of the story...

Don't bring your cell phone, or Blackberry to the park. Your on VACATION! If you are connected to your job THAT much, it really is not a vacation.

Leave the phone in the car or locker. If you cannot survive without your phone for 4 hours, you have got issues! ;)
