Healthy options for children were hard to find, and milk, if they do in fact sell it in the park, was impossible to locate. We did see lots of other guests who packed their own lunch, and this is probably what we’ll end up doing next time we go. I would recommend you do the same.

I remember user WooferBearATL and I talking one time about the history of the Taft parks (he is a former KI employee, pre-paramount), he once told me as far as food service Wonerland was the best designed and well laid out park in accordance with its sister park Australia's Wonderland. I wonder if the food they serve at the parks they aquired is the same stuff Kinzel eats on his platter in his office.

And down this road, higher per caps do not lie, Cedar Fair.

Pricing integrity may be fine, but how about some food quality integrity, some food service integrity and treating the GUEST with decency and respect?

Wonderland used to have the best food, by far, in the Paramount Parks chain.

Hey Cedar Fairl; remember the old saying "You get what you pay for?"

That doesn't seem to be applying to the guests but that saying does say something for your latest 1.2 billion dollar investment.

And before someone asks, the Canadian dollar is currently worth about 94 US cents...so a $30 Canadian lunch is about $28 US for eight "minuscule chicken tenders with [two] heaping pile of cold French fries" and two soft drinks.

What is it with cold food at Cedar Fair, anyway? I have gotten cold food more times this year than I have in a total of well more than 40 years of going to parks before this!

Well as much as Kings Island is always the most near and dear park to my hear (of course I'm biased) but Wonderland does have a superior set up as it was built to avoid all the mistakes that were found through constructing Kings Island and Kings Dominion. Carrowinds is another matter all together. <G>

Wonderland had always had state of the art EVERYTHING!

It's been about 10 years since I've been up to Wonderland so I'm wondering if it (no pun intended) is all still the same.
