qscott86 Posted October 16, 2007 Share Posted October 16, 2007 I was at King's Island last Saturday and I wanted to report that they are using the old Phantom Theater characters as Halloween decorations! I seen several of the characters, including Maestro and several others with set pieces over in Coney Maul... near The Racers in one of the center landscaping areas.
