Cedar Point Sees Record Numbers

Recommended Posts

Tell the investors and the public the 'good news' and keep the CP attendance info out of the release. Revenue is up because prices for just about everything at the park(s) are up, not because more people are going to the parks (which from a business stand point I am not saying is a good or bad thing). It will be interesting in 2008 to see if they can make this happen again. I do believe that parks in general may be getting to the point were, just increasing the overall cost to go to the park, may not translate into an increase in revenue, if attendance starts to really show some weakness. There is a balance between these two items (revenue/prices and attendance) and if one gets to out of place the other become increasingly affected.
