WHODEY2007
Were those thousands injured riding SOB? 4 people die each year out of all the rides across the country. To me, it sounds like that is a pretty good safety record. Adding extra laws now would just cost tax payers and possibly park goers extra cash. Dvo
I would like to see what they consider "injuries." If they're talking about headaches, or bruises resulting from a rough ride like SOB or Georgia Scorcher, then sure. There's a lot of injuries. But if they're talking about serious injuries that result in medical attention, then I'm obviously not hearing about more than 2% of the injuries that take place. I feel incredibly safe on roller coasters and thrill rides, and I think that as long as people obey park rules, they will almost always be safe on the rides. The Interpreter
Georgia Scorcher is a B and M coaster. Surely you don't consider it to be rough?
