But the fact still remains that would a normal 20-30 year old working there could they have even reached the stop button in time.

^ that's the thing. We'll never know.

The Lawsuit is rediculous because you can not know whether it was his falt or not.

Kings Island has 16 and 17 year old ride ops. It was nice at Dollywood most of the ride ops were adults.
