The Interpreter
In this demo, Sam Khorshid shows how CafeFX used ThinkingParticles 3.0 to create their amazing Six Flags commercial spots: http://www.cebasusa.com/m_o_v_e_e/Sigg2008...am/TP3Sam2.html
CoastersRZ
Very interesting. I didn`t know that a Six Flags park had a HUSS Jump 2 ride. I know that Canada`s Wonderland has one, but didn`t know of another park which had received this ride from HUSS. Unless, that was simply chosen as a ride type that fit into the commercial, and hence why they used it, even if they don`t have any rides of that type in their parks. The Interpreter
Six Flags Great Adventure HAD a HUSS Jump2. It was an astoundingly beautiful and fun ride....when it worked...which was approximately every other Tuesday on an odd, not even day of the month and not within 10 days of a full moon. CoastersRZ
Never knew that. When did they remove that ride? It couldn`t have been that old. Does the ride at Wonderland have lots of downtime?
The Interpreter
The ride was removed in about 2004, if I remember correctly. It had been installed as a part of the park's "War on Lines," which didn't last nearly as long as it should have. As to downtime at Canada's Wonderland, I'll have to let someone who knows what they are talking about as to that one answer that! EDIT: It was removed at the end of the 2003 season: http://www.amusementpics.com/Jumping%20Jack%20Flash.htm Wait a minute, that's not a Jump2...that's just a Jump. My Boo-Boo! Cory Butcher
I have to wonder, to someone that knows. Do these Huss rides that never seem to work very well come with a warranty? If they do, what are the terms typically?
The Interpreter
I do know that Huss has greatly reduced the warranty on their rides. The original Huss is bankrupt...Gee, I wonder why!
