Never been to a Dave & Busters. Anyone care to give a review?

Think of a large entertainment center full of video games of every description, food service and diversions. At first, they were very, very popular. Lately, not so much.

Or, think Disney Quest Lite.

It is basically a Chucky-Cheese for adults. I enjoy my time there, pretty fun place.

Wonder if there are any near me?

Given their financial condition, unless and until they are acquired, I doubt you see many more any time soon.

I have been to Dave And Busters one time and it was to the one either in or close to Cincinatti and when i first walked in it had the old classical pool hall and the old style conveyor belt fans along with the older age group food. But then in the very back, BOOM! A massive arcade. And since our food was late and the service was not adequate we got i think about 25 $5 Game Cards and we partyed it up.

I went to Dave and Buster's for my Sweet 16! I obviously thought something of the place to spend the day of my 16th there! My friends and I had power Cards in the 200 dollar range compliments of my mom, and all we could eat...It was AMAZING!

I remember both of my daughter's sweet 16's. Lucky for me and my wallet they only wanted to do simple things.

Sheesh, two hundred dollars per friend? I remember when just providing some cake for your guests at a birthday was enough. Sigh.

It would have been, My mom and I are extremely close, she wanted to do something extra special for me. Which I most greatfully appreciated.

My mother tried to get a stretch Hummer, but it was like 600 dollars an hour or some other outrageous price so we decided to go against it, we rented a large Chrysler Mini-Van instead
