If it was operator error I might understand but it is a machine and things will go wrong. I am sorry the woman got hurt however isnt that part of remote chance you can get hurt and people do not realize this before they ride?

Like it or not, most park customers think the park, and not they themselves, is responsible for their safety. And if in fact the customer did not contribute towards his or her injury by misconduct, why shouldn't that be the case (and ride manufacturers)?
