Opening Day Weather

Featured Replies

And now the National Weather Service's most recent pinpoint forecast for Mason, Ohio for Sunday:

Sunday: A chance of showers, mainly between 11am and 3pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 64. Calm wind becoming west around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

I'm not scared of a 30% chance of rain. 30% means there's a 70% chance it wont rain at all, and I have been there many times before with those kinda predictions and usally luck out really well.

Apr 20 Tomorrow

Partly cloudy early followed by mostly cloudy skies and a few showers later in the day. High 67F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

This is the latest weather.com forecast. Now the showers are supposed to come later in the day. But since this is the forecast it will probably be 110 degrees in the morning followed by a tornado and then a blizzard in the evening. LOL. Either way every forecast I've seen so far says 30% of rain & partly cloudy with a high in the 60's. Sounds good to me!

Straight from the National Weather Service as of 11pm Sat night....

Sunday: A slight chance of showers before 4pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 64. Calm wind becoming west around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Let's just hope another earthquake doesn't hit Indiana within the next eight hours. :)

Considering i dont live in Ohio i do need say more. What is up with the weather in Ohio in April man?

It's the same here in Indy, one day snow, the next 75º, then a tornado, and then a blizzard.

and then, an earthquake!

I was going to say that!

Well a high of 64 is pretty good considering it is not cold and not terribly hot. As for the rain as long as they do not have Cedar Point's rain policy thats fine with me it will keep the crowds away.

Saturday: High: 67º 30% chance of rain.

Should i go?

As long as they aren't wrong like they were last week. When we got home Sunday (around 6:00), it was 52 degrees.

Hope everyone has been having fun at KI. Ive been going to work and school. I cant wait for summer so I can go!
