iChase
Has anyone noticed that the Champion Windows ad that runs gets extremely annoying? Every time you roll over it Samantha Brown goes on a dissertation about windows. I do my best to avoid it but I keep accidentally rolling over. I know, money's money, but really, this is irritating. Yea... I do. I usually keep my computer muted since that kinda advertising is the direction companies want to go, but being at work today I heard it. It's more annoying than anything else. I think internet advertisements should be one of those things that if you want to see/hear more information on whatever subject is advertised, you should have to click on it. Trust Champion... to throw their message down your throat.... And, it's also a terribly edited audio track........ Where have you seen it? It's in the rotating ads on KICentral (+/- Forums) at the top.
Shaggy
I thought I was the only one. The ad appears at the top of the page when you access a message string. "Champion...blah...blah...blah." On a side note, I've always thought she had one of the best jobs in the world. Shaggy
The Interpreter
Hmmm...one of my many security and blocking programs must block it, or it functions on cookies and somehow has figured out I am not in their service area.
Dane
Its kinda funny cause I rarly get it and even with my mouse over it it never produces any sound for me. As out advertising contact states, they cant have sound unless you mouse over or click something. Their campaign will be over soon anyway.
