Hopefully, Cedar Fair can get a decent sum of money for that property. And hopefully, the developer(s) that are selected will build something that will be beneficial for what remains of CF`s interest in the Cleveland area (Wildwater Kingdom).

It is highly likely that Cedar Fair's sale of the property will include restrictive covenants forbidding the buyer from engaging in businesses that would compete with the waterpark for tourist dollars...

Right. But that does not mean that bringing in restaurants and other entertainment venues such as movie theaters could not come in. Those things could help bolster the water park and build up business for Cedar Fair.
