Jasper
I am anxious to read the report and see what it says. I wonder if it was really well kept or just neglected.

Shaggy
I wonder if Shapiro will sign the check himself... ;-)
WooferBearATL
I wonder if Shapiro will sign the check himself... ;-) I can't imagine SF's is self insured. I've been asking around to find out who may be their insurer. Shapiro would not sign any settlment unless there were no insurance for the park or ride. Browntggrr
Does this make any sense to anyone else, because it makes no sense to me: State agriculture officials say it's impossible to pinpoint the reason that led to the cable break on the Kentucky Kingdom ride that severed the feet of Kaitlyn Lasitter. But they say the injuries would have been much less severe if not for the deteriorated cable condition and the ride operator's failure to hit the emergency stop button. If they can't pinpoint a reason, then how can they say that the injuries would have been less severe if the cable was less deteriorated and/ or failure to hit the E-Stop button?
