Britain's Theme Park Costs Rocketing

Recommended Posts

I don`t quite get the last line of that article. It states: "Kids over 12 are treated unfairly." They had already mentioned earlier in the article that charging full price admission to kids who were older then 12 was unfair. I just don`t get why they ended the article with that one quote, and had no further explanation by it.

And I don`t totally buy that kids over 12 are treated unfairly either. That is right about the age when the kids reach the height limits to be able to ride the larger and more intense rides at the park. So charging them full admission is justified since they will likely be able to experience all or most of the park`s adult attractions. Granted, some kids will fall short of the height requirements, and still others will not want to ride all the big intense adult rides, but I don`t get what is so "unfair" about charging teenagers full admission prices to an amusement park.
