Yep, the problem here is when you find high protein, it is almost always intermixed with high fat. And you find low fat, you usually find tasteless junk--like a green salad made with iceberg lettuce 1/16 of a carrot!

Which is part of the problem.

I'm really surprised that parks have not caught onto the fact that many of their visitors are health conscious.

Just cause I go to a park, does not mean I want to eat junk.

That's one area that Disney has on many other parks.

They are much more accommodating to special diets.

Disney, Busch, Universal...all have healthy food options. Even most Six Flags do...

And before someone tells me about Panda Express being healthy, check out their sodium levels...

Certainly not at SFOG.

Busch Europa is better than Busch Africa in that area.

What is healthy at Panada? They don't even have a basic .... Moo Goo.

I have yet to see a concentration on any healthy food at Universal.

Busch Gardens Africa offers excellent grilled meats and vegetables...over by Kumba...

Of the Six Flags parks, with the possible exception of Kentucky Kingdom, SFOG offers the least diverse food choices.

Mythos and the sit down places in the studio park do offer healthy options at Universal.

And, as far as I know, NOTHING is healthy at Panda Express...except perhaps the plain rice. Maybe.

I lose weight at theme parks. Lots of exercise, drinking water to save money, and eating before you come to the park will do the trick. Especially if you do it for a whole year.

I must agree. I wonder how many miles I walk in a full day at the park.....And, yes, my physician told me that actually was exercise. He was happy that I had lost weight and my pulse and blood pressure were lower. I told him I had been going to KI a lot with the kids and he said "Exercise and stress relief at the same time...very good."
