I like the new train designs. I would perfer a lap bar for the mega coaster though speaking of which has Veckoma ever built a mega/hyper coaster?

As some of you might know, Vekoma released concept art for they're new trains. Im thinking if maybe KI's Vekoma's will get new trains?

Sorry, your misplaced apostrophe threw off my first go at this post.

I doubt any of them will since all the trains are pretty much custom to the Vekoma tracks at KI. Firehawk being flying, Invertigo facing each other, and Rugrats being a family suspended.

Wonder if that will eliminate the SLC Hang and Bang, a Vekoma classic...

Firehawk doesn't really need it, but maybe it'll get newer trains in the future. Rugrats Runaway Reptar doesn't need it either, but i was thinking Invertigo might get a new train in the future.

Maybe, it would make the ride smoother, but than it wouldn't be as unique. I doubt it'll happen, but i would like for it to happen.

Not really. B&Ms concept is completely different than Vekomas.

I'm highly doubting a new train for Invertigo. What reason is there to change it in the first place? The current train is in pretty good condition. It won't make the ride any better. Not to mention, I'm not sure if the Invertigo track could sport 4 across seating.

And why on the Vekoma's KI has? Too me they are not worth the cost of adding new trains to KI, plust the trains they currently have work just fine.

Vekoma can make trains for arrow mega loopers right??? Then why cant we get new trains for Vortex...Those trains are horrible. If we could get a mega coaster trains as showed on the website with 2 abreast instead of 4, think of how much better Vortex could be.

The terrible transitions are 90% of what makes Vortex horrible, most days unrideable, imo.

Might wana check with S&S to make some trains for Vortex, since they bought what remainded of Arrow. But new trains as previously slated will not improve the ride on Vortex, it is the horrible transitions. An Arrow Trademark. Like I have said before if only Mr Toomer would have ridden his rides more often. Vortex is actually pretty tame for an Arrow Multi Looper..

yeah how would Vekoma make trains for a coaster they didn't originally build? I would like to see some more modern seating without the headbanging harnesses. I could care less though weather or not they make it 4 across or not, after all whats the point? The Vortex eats crowds anyway, in fact better than any other coaster. Its one of those things where I know if its a busy day, go to The Vortex because MAX you won't wait more than 15 minutes.

I don't see anything wrong with Invertigo or Firehawk's trains. So I don't see Cedar Fair shelling out the cash to replace them

no.. tennessee tornado is very smooth for that type of coaster and if there was a way to make a train with lapbars like they did with FoF then that would be great.

Why are the people wearing goggles and a head cover thing?

Leather Aviator helments and goggles. I imagine the pics are from a media day for the coaster, The Great Nor Easter, which for this year was renamed Fly The Great Nor Easter.

I hope they are getting new trains for KI's vekomas because those train designs look like the will reduce the pain from their old trains.

I would like for KI to eventualy get a Vekoma woody similar to Thunder Coaster.
