Dane Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 During Haunt, all that you think is dead, just might be alive. Quote
The Interpreter Posted August 31, 2008 Author Posted August 31, 2008 And here I thought Paramount thrills and the magic of the movies were dead... Terpy, who just HAD to... Quote
iChase Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 Is this really newsworthy? I could see it if she were seriously injured but it just sounds like a little scrape. Quote
The Interpreter Posted September 2, 2008 Author Posted September 2, 2008 She was hospitalized...and is now out of the hospital. And props do not normally fall on people and cause them to go to the hospital....Still, had this happened in, say, Fargo, North Dakota instead of Long Island, I doubt it would have made the news... iChase Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 Not to say it wasn't unfortunate, I'll add that. Terpy, you are right in saying that. I think a lot of the reason for the publication of this was its location. But, it isn't normal nor acceptable for a prop to fall on someone. Quote
Dvo Posted September 2, 2008 Posted September 2, 2008 I'd say if she was taken to a hospital it must have been a good sized gash. It seems like first aid would have given her a band-aid or something if it was that small. I keep trying to come up with a "bone" pun but I've got nothin Quote
The Interpreter Posted September 2, 2008 Author Posted September 2, 2008 Given the way society is these days, there is probably the bones for a lawsuit in there somewhere.... Quote
