Cedar Fair's going to fight for CGA, I doubt that's a property they'd be willing to loose easily. This does, though, raise some questions about how confident they are in the Situation.

^^But for the right price, they'd easily lose it, easily!! (pun, of course, intended!! )

Don't forget that CGA is leased....and Cedar Fair wants to maximize whatever it can earn there should the lease have an early termination for some kind of political football play.
