B&C has been in the MB aread for a long long time. They also have many tourist driven properties and have no doubt been effected by the economy and lack of discretionary spending folks have. I know when we went to MB, more folks were just walking around their properties, but few seemed to be making purchases.

I was in involved with the purchase/brand conversion of a hotel in MB on leased land owned by C&B back in the late 90s. They were an interesting group to work with...the amount of real estate they owned (at that time, anyway) on the Grand Strand was astounding.
