Dvo Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 Wow, pretty amazing that they didn't fine them a ludicrous sum of money considering they clearly saw the ride ops not checking restraints. That's real bad no matter how you look at it. Quote
CoastersRZ Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 And its not like it was just a missed bar here and there. An analysis revealed that roughly 29.2% of the riders who rode that specific ride did not have their restraints properly checked. That is rather alarming! I`m sure that Oakwood will be instituting new safety training programs and regulation if they haven`t done so already! Quote
Monroe Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 New owners, imagine that!! http://www.oakwooduk.co.uk/2009/index.htm Quote
violakat03 Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 What I find outrageous is how the management "had no idea" safety procedures were not being followed, yet there was CCTV installed where the ride loaded. So did they just never look at this footage, until the trial? That's pot poor management right there. Quote
