jrstacy98
Hello all, I knew Cedar Point had an option but didn't use it until the last day of the season. The parent swap worked great, we got a card at guest relations, the rest of our party rode TTD, I and my shorter than 52" son rode a couple other rides, met our party at the exit, my daughter got back on with me at the exit, and I got to ride - my son then stayed with the rest of the party. Does KI have a similar policy? I didn't see anything on the website but doesn't mean it's not there. I belive my son will be able to ride 52" this year but KI has quite a few 54" -especially the new Diamondback. Thanks!
DeLorean Rider
Yes similarly it is called a parant swap. As of 2008 I'm not quite sure what the card or phamplet situation is but it works just like Cedar Points. Part of the group waits in line while the other half waits with the child, when they get off the other half of the group rides immediately. I know paramount always had cards that an employee would stamp/initial.
kittenpooh
Last I knew they had this. Me being a parent of 4 with 3 of them being under the age of 5, it helps alot. I hope they didnt do away with this.
XGatorHead 8904
Yep, the parent swap cards are great, they work the same at KI as you described at CP. We'll hopefully be using this for DB quite a bit this season, as long as we get there early enough for ERT. I don't like missing out on too much time with GatorGirl at the park, and waiting in DB line for 2 hours would be too much time missed! jrstacy98
Where would we get these cards at?
The Interpreter
Guest Relations....at the front of the park, by the front gate, on the right side as you go in....
luff
Make sure you get them when you first get in the park. Last time we went, they ran out of cards and we had to negotiate with each individual ride crew.
