A hearing later this month will decide whether the new owners will get an extension on the deadline to pay those bills. Since July, Freestyle Music Park also has faced nine lawsuits and more than a dozen liens for unpaid bills from businesses, entertainers and vendors for the 2009 season, which ended in September. "We still take our financial obligations seriously and will do everything we can do to resolve them," Baker said. "There's a great future for this park. It just needs a chance and hasn't had that yet."
