indianapolisman
Ok I'm set to go made plans with another forum member and received my confirmation email from KI about the auction. THEN THIS HAPPENS AT 4:00pm TODAY. Dear Valued Customer, Please note that you may have accidentally received an email recently notifying you that you were one of the high bidders for this Saturday’s Diamondback First Rider Auction. Unfortunately, after looking through our records and receiving calls from fellow bidders we noticed that the congratulatory email was sent to more people than it was originally intended for. Thank you for your participation in our auction. However, with the overwhelming response your bid was greatly appreciated but did not qualify for the first ride opportunity. Therefore, your credit card will not be charged for the donation amount you specified and you will not need to check in by 7am at Kings Island. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns at 513-754-5430. Thank you for your understanding. Don’t forget if you are a Gold Pass or Platinum Pass holder Kings Island will offer early rides on Diamondback beginning at 9am. Sincerely, Kings Island Staff This after I called repeatedly with no answers just a disconnection. I gotta know what's going on. Plans have been made plans have been cancelled. Now the park lines are closed. What can I do?????
DeLorean Rider
You can get in line at 9 o'clock with a gold pass, or buy a ticket and get in line at 10 o'clock.

Avatar
Don't know but I can see on the official Diamondback Auction Board that you are still above the yellow line so I can see how you received one of those congratulatory e-mails, but not sure now if you gotten the last retractable Diamondback e-mails maybe that was in error. I hope you can get a hold of somebody soon, I know you have made a lot of changes to make this trip work. Good Luck

Just hoping this reaches the eyes of the beholder.

DeLorean Rider
Do you already have a park season pass? Does winning a seat in the auction include admission to the park?
The Interpreter
Yes, winning a seat in the auction includes an admission to the park, which can be used by another if the auction winner has a pass/ticket already.

coasterguy15
I hope that the special gift is truly something special! I know that the breakfast at RJ was an unexpected thing, that might be the special gift. I kind of doubt that though.
gigacoaster2k
Today I missed the call while I was at work. I ran back to the back room, called back and told them I was at work, and they asked what a good time to call back would be. I said after 3. It is now 6:30 pm, and I didn't get a call back. I hope I don't miss the call (again) tomorrow while I'm working, and I certainly hope it won't be too late if I call back after 3 pm. coasterguy15
You could probably look at your missed calls and call that number to get back ahold of them. That's what I did.
gigacoaster2k
I was told by someone who works there that there is no one there after 5 pm.
