kiruler102 Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 So we lefted Elsmere, Kentucky at 845 snd got to Kings Island at 925. my friend bought his ticket and we went inside. Since he couldnt go to the ERT i jumped on 2 rides on Diamondback and met him at the entrance of DB. When i got off the line was past rivertown junction so we went to The Beast, we sat in the middle and it was really smooth, especially the helix part. It was my friends first time on it We then headed back to Diamondback and waited 25 minutes for seat 16. We then decided to ride the crypt, but as we were getting seated unto the ride the ride malfunctioned and we had to get off, WE WAITED 30 MINUTES to ride!!!!! i was mad, the ride was down the rest of the day. we then went past BLSC to see a pretty long wait, same for Vortex we walked onto the zephyr nice small ride to calm my nerves down from the crypts malfunction. FOF was a hour wait so we skipped it same for the Firehawk about a hour, so we skipped. We then headed to The Racer, AND WE ACTUALLY RACED. Walkon blue side then unto Adventure Express, walk on we then were going to ride Son of Beast but the line was a hour, so we rode flight deck. We then headed towards Diamondback again, SRL Ate some potato works fries DB- SRL DB SRL DB waited 30 minutes DB- ride number 7 in the 7th seat, SRL DB- SRL and then DB SRL Lefted the park at 4 and got home at 450 Thanks for reading, ( if anybody saw me i was wearing a blue charelston south carolina shirt, then i bought a black D.A.R.E shirt and wore that.) tigellinus Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 ^^From the sounds of those wait times it seems like KI was a lot less busy today than yesterday. Quote
kiruler102 Posted April 26, 2009 Author Posted April 26, 2009 i didnt get wind or sun burn, and YES the park was packed but not on the rides i rode. Quote
paperg Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 I don't think, what the wait time says is right.. They must forget to change the wait time on them signs. Quote
kiruler102 Posted April 27, 2009 Author Posted April 27, 2009 no they give a rough estimate even though it can sometimes be 5 to 10 minutes off. Quote
The Interpreter Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 I don't think, what the wait time says is right.. They must forget to change the wait time on them signs. If that is true, an incorrect sign is worse than no sign at all. Though, at Six Flags, I think wait times are often overstated in a deliberate attempt to sell more Q-Bots. Quote
keiko_coaster Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 haha i noticed that.. Friday night at about 9:30 pm on The Beast it said 30 minute wait.. We got up there and it was walk on. hah Quote
Jasper Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 Yes today the park was in fact very packed. The after prom party theory was true because i saw about 40 or so people in the same after prom party shirt. Then i saw another large group in another shirt and not to mention all the people i heard talking about prom. Quote

Thanks for that mental picture....tee hee... Quote
